First Photogrammetry Example

Here’s my first photogrammetry example that actually turned out decent.  I used my new camera, various household lamps, and poster-board to take the shots.  Then, I used Adobe Bridge CC to set the contrast on the photos all the way up, which I think was what finally gave me a good  result in Agisoft Photoscan. I’ve got some better lighting equipment and a proper green-screen backdrop coming soon, so I should be able to get even better models soon!...

New Camera!

I just got a new camera!!!  😀 😀 😀 It’s a refurbished Nikon D3200 and it seems to work great so far.  I’ve also got a mono-pod, mini tri-pod, remote shutter release, a decent 18-55 lens, a turn-table capable of 200 lbs., and a licence for agisoft photoscan.  Now all I need is a decent lighting setup and I can start doing photogrammetry projects in full speed!  😀 Also, I recently re-watched The Fabulous Destiny of Amelie Poulain and I fell in love with it all over again.  I can’t believe I forgot how much I enjoyed this film....
